I am an experienced IT professional with a strong foundation in Tech Operations & Support and Leadership across diverse sectors and regions. Over the past several years, I have led teams, managed digital infrastructure, and provided technical support in both the field of IT and Hospitality in Ghana, the UAE, Qatar and now Bahrain - bringing both a global outlook and local impact to every role.

Currently serving as an IT Supervisor at Downtown Rotana in Bahrain, I oversee systems performance, handle user support, and guide project implementation to ensure smooth tech operations. My background spans Hospitality, IT, Governance, and international events like Dubai Expo 2020 and Qatar World Cup 2022, where I developed a solid reputaion for problem-solving and people-first service.

A Graduate of Computer Science from Kumasi Technical University, I specialised in areas like project management, hardware & software troubleshooting, operating systems, databases and cloud platforms.

Beyond work, I am also passionate about cross-cultural exposure and exploring how we can bridge gaps between people and communities. When I am not working on computers, you will likely find me reading, watching movies, playing football or videos games, exploring new places, or diving into personal projects that blend tech and real-world impact.
